About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in Rhode Island who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of the clinical team, providing behavioral healthcare in outpatient settings. The role calls for experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations, and experience in both medication management and therapy. The position offers flexible work schedules and a choice of telemedicine and in-person care. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $187,200–$299,520 per year and opportunities for uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus, and a cash productivity bonus. Requirements
- Licensed in Rhode Island.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
