About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/PMHCNS) to join its group practice. The role may be full-time or part-time and offers a hybrid schedule, combining telehealth from a home office with work at an office location. Providers work with patients ages 6 and up in an outpatient behavioral healthcare setting. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system with electronic prescribing, peer consultation groups, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, appointment scheduling, and payment collection, allowing providers to focus on clinical work. The compensation model is based on productivity, with estimated annual compensation of $200,000–$257,000.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution.
• ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification.
• Two years of prescribing experience.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric mental healthcare to patients ages 6 and up.
• Provide care through a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office and work at an office location.
• Perform clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
• Collaborate with peers and other professionals in the practice.
