About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time or part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/PMHCNS) to join its group practice. Providers work with patients ages 6 and up and may follow a hybrid schedule, providing telehealth from a home office and seeing patients at an office location. Applicants should apply to one office location only.

The practice provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system with electronic prescribing, peer consultation groups, and colleagues for collaboration. Support staff handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, appointment scheduling, and payment collection, allowing providers to focus on clinical work. The compensation model is productivity-based, with compensation listed as $200,000–$257,000 per year.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution.
• ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification.
• Valid DEA.
• Two years of experience after receiving PMHNP certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric mental health care to patients ages 6 and up.
• Provide care through a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth from a home office and work at an office location.
• Perform clinical and administrative functions associated with maintaining a successful practice.
