About The Position

As the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their clinical team in California. This role offers significant autonomy, allowing Nurse Practitioners to determine their preferred level of psychotherapy involvement and to create and manage their own patient caseload. The company provides evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting, utilizing both in-person clinics and digital health telemedicine.

Requirements

• Licensed in California
• Active CA license
• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide mental healthcare services
