The practice aims to reduce administrative work so providers can focus on patient care. The role is outpatient only, with no call responsibility. The schedule is three 13-hour shifts per week. The company provides paid training to become Brainsway Deep TMS certified and clinical support at an 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio. The stated annual salary is $150,000, plus incentives.
