About The Position

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky, OH. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. Work Schedule: Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Requirements

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited PMHNP program.
Active Ohio State License
Board-Certified PMHNP (Required).
Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy skills.
Strong therapeutic communication, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
Provide psychotherapy and other evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
