About The Position

The company aims to bridge the gap between patients, providers, and insurers, making mental healthcare more accessible and affordable. UpLift offers a collaborative model where providers work with a network of licensed therapists, and their all-in-one virtual platform handles operational tasks like credentialing and enrollment, allowing providers to focus on patient care. This role is 100% remote, with care delivered via UpLift’s telemedicine platform.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Active medical license in good standing.
- Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law.
- Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care.
- United States (Required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous telemedicine experience is a plus.
- Multiple state licenses and fluency in additional languages are strong advantages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine.
- Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate.
- Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists.
- Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards.
- Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to help improve care delivery.
