About The Position
Campbell Integrative Psychological Services is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a contractual (1099) position to provide telehealth services to pediatric and adult clients. The role focuses on outpatient care with flexible scheduling and remote services, with some in-person needs. The practice handles all administrative tasks, allowing the NP to focus on direct patient care. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients with behavioral, emotional, or social difficulties, including conditions like ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD. The client base is diverse, with a mix of insurance payers and direct pay.
Requirements
- Unrestricted VA, MD, and DC License.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering psychiatric care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with using and adopting to new technology.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-linguistic ability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth diagnostic evaluations and medication management services for outpatient clients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team of psychologists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve clinical approach and processes.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
