About The Position

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time position in South Gilbert, AZ. Founded by a psychiatrist, Serenity Healthcare focuses on delivering evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatry that goes beyond routine medication management. They offer advanced treatments such as TMS and ketamine therapy within a supportive outpatient model, designed to minimize administrative burden and maximize focus on patient care. The role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a supportive and innovative environment, with optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives. No prior TMS or ketamine experience is required, as training and support are provided.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Active state license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives
