About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to fill a newly created role as a full-time Psych NP at Reception Diagnostic Center located in Plainfield, Indiana. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted IN license
- Active, unrestricted DEA
- Two years of experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist.
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.
