Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Part-Time REMOTE in OK
About The Position
Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team in Oklahoma. ITP connects psychiatric nurse practitioners with hospital emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, inpatient psychiatry units, rural health clinics, county jails, and other outpatient facilities. Its network also provides crisis management to help patients find the appropriate level of care, increasing access to coordinated care and reducing patient wait times. The role focuses on expanding access to health care through quality care, education, prevention, and direction on next steps in care. It is remote in Oklahoma and scheduled for two 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 16 hours.
Requirements
- Current PMHNP licensure is required.
- Must be a collaborative provider able to work with Emergency Providers and the Crisis Support Team.
Nice To Haves
- Lifespan credentialing is preferred.
- Psychiatric training in crisis intake is preferred.
- Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality outpatient psychiatric care remotely to patients in Oklahoma.
- Provide education, prevention, and direction regarding patients’ next steps in care.
- Work collaboratively with emergency providers and the Crisis Support Team.
