About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for its outpatient clinical team in Mentor, Ohio. The role provides behavioral healthcare to patients, with a mix of in-person clinic care and telemedicine. Nurse Practitioners provide medication management and therapy and work with adult, child, and adolescent populations or across the lifespan. The position offers flexible scheduling, clinical and administrative support, and a modern office environment. At least 2–3 days per week must be worked in person.

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Ohio.
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• At least 1 year of experience practicing independently as a PMHNP.
• Experience with adult, child, and adolescent populations or the lifespan.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients.

• Work in person at least 2–3 days per week.
