About The Position

At Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts, we provide compassionate, culturally competent psychiatric care to individuals and families across the lifespan. We proudly serve a diverse, bilingual community and are expanding our team of dedicated professionals committed to mental wellness and healing. We offer specialized services including Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression and Substance Use Disorder treatment, including medication-assisted treatment with Sublocade® and Vivitrol®. Our welcoming office in Danbury, CT, along with our secure telehealth platform, creates an environment where both patients and providers can thrive.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) PMHNP licensed in Connecticut
• Active CT APRN license with psychiatric certification (PMHNP)
• Comfortable with both in-person and telehealth care
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life
• Committed to a collaborative approach to care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in outpatient psychiatry and/or substance use disorder treatment preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management and follow-up care
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide and manage care for patients with depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders
• Collaborate with therapists and multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
