About The Position
Responsible for providing primary health care to center patients within the structure of the family practice model; in addition, serves on committees, discharges administrative responsibilities, attends departmental meetings; participates in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation.
Requirements
- Graduation with a master’s or higher degree from an accredited nurse practitioner education program
- Current New York State Nurse Practitioner and Registered Professional Nurse license
- Current BLS certification
- Current infection control certification
- Current DEA Registration, if applicable
