Requirements

  • Fully licensed, ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in IL.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a (PMHNP) specifically working with children and adolescents post clinicals.
  • Possess a DEA number, or be open to acquiring one.
  • Must have reliable, high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
  • Desire to work with and learn from some of the top child mental health experts in the field.

  • Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, 3 years and up.

Responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric services to individuals who otherwise may not have access to care.
  • Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with Fort Health’s network of licensed therapists.
  • Adhere to Fort Health’s platform guidelines and policies and complete all required training.
  • Provide unparalleled clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care on the platform.
  • Provide software and operational feedback to Fort Health’s in-house engineering and operational teams to improve products, workflows and care delivery.
  • Implement medication treatment plans for mild to moderate disorders in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, therapists, along with outside providers.
  • Ability to message between sessions to support patients and communicate with other internal providers.
  • Engage and collaborate in clinical meetings, supervision, and team meetings as appropriate.
