About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/PMHCNS) to join its group practice. The role provides mental healthcare in an outpatient setting and may follow a hybrid schedule, combining telehealth from a home office with work at an office location. Providers are supported by well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system with electronic prescribing, peer consultation groups, clinical collaborators, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, appointment scheduling, and payment collection. The practice handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so providers can focus on clinical work. The position is available full-time or part-time at one of the listed Massachusetts locations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited educational institution.
• ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing (PMHNP) certification.
• Valid DEA.
