About The Position

Community Health Services is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team at 2221 Hayes Avenue in Fremont. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and compassionate NP to care for a diverse patient population, including both adults and children. The position offers a $130,000 base salary with no RVUs and paid malpractice insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) of up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Requirements

Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Current Basic Life Support Certification
Minimum of two years as a Psychiatric NP preferred
Knowledge of documenting with EHR- eCW experience a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to critically think and problem solve
Reliable, professional, and compassionate

Responsibilities

Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends
Perform Adult and Pediatric Mental Health Assessments
Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff
Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines
