Per Diem Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner supports clinical research activities within the Carhart-Harris Lab, with a focus on psychiatric screening, participant safety, and clinical oversight during research protocols involving psychedelic compounds. They will conduct psychiatric evaluations to determine participant eligibility, including assessment of psychiatric history, current medications, and medical risk factors. The NP will collaborate closely with the study physician and research team, provide clinical oversight during study sessions as needed, and respond to adverse events or participant safety concerns. This role is primarily research-based and does not involve a traditional outpatient clinic panel. Flexibility is required to support protocol-driven sessions and extended study visits.
