About The Position

We deliver evidence-based, outcomes-driven psychiatry by combining medication management with advanced treatments like TMS and ketamine therapy, all within a highly supported outpatient model. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
* Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
* Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
* Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
* Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible as a PMHNP
• Must have 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active state license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
