About The Position
At LifeStance Health, we are seeking a full-time Psych Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our group in California. We believe in a unified approach to mental and physical healthcare to improve lives and provide accessible, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. As a PMHNP with us, you will have the autonomy to treat patients as you see fit, with the flexibility to determine the amount of psychotherapy you engage in and to create your own caseload and patient volume. This role is crucial to our clinical team, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our growing practice.
Requirements
- Licensed in California
- Active CA license
- PMHNP certified
- At least 1 year of independent psych NP experience
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients with the ability to do as much or as little psychotherapy as they like.
- Create their caseload and number of patients they would like to see.
- Provide medication management.
- Provide therapy.

- Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.
