About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering a structured schedule, supportive clinical environment, and strong earning potential. The position involves 100% outpatient psychiatry with a limited call schedule of 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. It offers competitive compensation with a bonus structure, a collaborative, team-based care model with physician support, and an established patient base with a strong referral network.
Requirements
- Active PMHNP license (or ability to obtain in Alabama)
- DEA license required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
- Manage a consistent outpatient panel
- Collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
