Brightline is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their care team in the New York metro area. This role involves working alongside an outstanding multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, coaches, and prescribers to deliver thoughtful, high-quality psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and their families. The position is hybrid, requiring in-person care at least one day per week at Brightline's White Plains clinic, with additional virtual responsibilities serving patients across other New York clinics including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, and Albany. Brightline emphasizes a practice that is not high-volume or assembly-line, taking time with patients, using a structured three-part diagnostic series, and conducting 30-minute medication management visits that allow for real clinical relationship-building. The role reports directly to the Medical Director, with support from the Chief Medical Officer, and includes weekly individual and team-based group supervision to support clinician development and clinical quality. Brightline is a therapy and psychiatry practice that delivers expert pediatric, teen, and parental mental health care to families and kids up to age 18, offering virtual and in-person outpatient services including diagnostic evaluation, therapy, psychiatry services (e.g., medication management), and psychological testing. They also offer focused programs to support anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and disruptive behaviors. Founded in 2019, Brightline has delivered care to tens of thousands of families and has been nationally recognized for clinical excellence and innovation.
