Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient behavioral healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults. The role includes medication management and therapy in an evidence-based, medically driven care setting, with services delivered in person and through telemedicine. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office and 1–2 days remotely, serving offices in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah. The compensation model is productivity-based, with a stated range of $196,000–$251,000 per year. This is a W-2, full-time position with a full benefits package.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Must be licensed in Utah and hold Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification; Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are not accepted.
- Must have or be able to obtain prescriptive authority.
- Must have or be able to obtain a DEA registration.
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experience in medication management as well as therapy.
