About The Position

We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Beverly, Massachusetts who wants meaningful work with older adults while maintaining true work-life balance and strong earning potential. You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacology management, and behavioral health consultation for an aging population. You’ll provide care in clinic as well as through home and nursing facility visits in Beverly and Gloucester. You’ll collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your specialty. You’ll practice in Beverly, Massachusetts, a coastal North Shore community known for its scenic shoreline, historic charm, and proximity to Boston.

Requirements

• ANCC-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Licensed in Massachusetts with prescriptive authority and DEA
• Two to three years of psychiatric prescribing experience
• Comfortable managing psychopharmacology and crisis evaluations
• Value team-based care and serving older adults
