About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Titusville, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and long-term patient care. It offers a stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care within a community-focused behavioral health organization serving diverse patient populations across all ages. The role operates in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment with full support staff and structured workflows, located in a historic Pennsylvania community offering outdoor recreation and access to state parks.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from accredited PMHNP program REQUIRED
- Clear and active Pennsylvania PMHNP license REQUIRED
- Current DEA license REQUIRED
- Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services to patients of all ages
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions
- Manage psychiatric medications and ongoing treatment plans
- Coordinate care using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health teams to support holistic patient care
- Maintain continuity of care and long-term behavioral health outcomes
