Remote PMHNP (All Ages) – New York License Required
About The Position
Iris Telehealth is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in New York to provide care to patients in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting for 40 hours per week. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iris’s behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative team—so you can focus on what matters most: patient care. The role involves providing care to patients aged 5 and older, with approximately 50% children/adolescents and 50% adults. Initial evaluations are 90 minutes for children/adolescents and 60 minutes for adults, with 30-minute follow-up visits for all ages. There are no on-call duties required.
Requirements
- Active PMHNP-BC license in New York required
- Proven prescribing experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Availability (40 hours per week) during EST business hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- PMHNP ANCC Board Certification
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
