Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
3-5 years of experience as a PMHNP
Active or eligible Washington, DC nurse practitioner license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health care to adult patients with various psychiatric and addiction disorders
Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMR
