About The Position

Reparo Health is a virtual mental health practice dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality telehealth services to individuals in North Carolina. We are looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) licensed in North Carolina to join our expanding team. This fully remote position involves conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments, managing medications, and providing follow-up care to a varied clientele. The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists and other team members to ensure coordinated and excellent mental health care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in North Carolina.
• DEA license (or ability to obtain one).
• Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth psychiatry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based care.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with EHR and video platforms.
• Compassionate, reliable, and client-centered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments via secure telehealth.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, adjusting as needed for safety and effectiveness.
• Educate clients and families on conditions, treatment options, and medications.
• Collaborate with therapists to deliver integrated, holistic care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR.
• Engage in optional team meetings, peer consults, and continuing education.
