About The Position

We are seeking licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to conduct online clinical assessments and manage psychotropic medications. The role offers autonomy over work schedules, steady client referrals, administrative support, and competitive hourly compensation with dependable pay schedules. Care is provided remotely from a compliant home office, with an integrated EHR and administrative specialists supporting patient intake, licensing updates, and billing operations. The position may be scheduled part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Current ANCC or AANP Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• Active, unencumbered APRN/RN state license.
• Valid DEA registration and state prescriptive privileges.
• Active NPI number.
• Reliable high-speed internet.
• A confidential, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telehealth psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and client risk evaluations.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based psychopharmacological treatment plans and manage ongoing prescriptions.
• Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic health records system.
• Offer supportive psychotherapeutic guidance and educate patients about medication adherence and mental health.
