About The Position
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska, for a 100% outpatient role in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). This is a Monday–Friday position with no call, treating both children and adults, with a primary focus on patients with autism, developmental disabilities, and intellectual disabilities. Requirements
- Board Certified PMHNP.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Nebraska.
- NE DEA required or the ability to obtain.
- Passionate about patient-centered care and committed to clinical excellence.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
- Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.
