About The Position

We are seeking two Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our practice in Arizona. This role offers a unique blend of remote telehealth work with a required one day per week in our Phoenix clinic. Our practice is co-owned by a practicing PMHNP, focusing on creating a supportive and high-quality environment for both clinicians and patients. We aim to be a leading provider of mental health care in Arizona, building a team of dedicated clinicians.

Requirements

Active AZ PMHNP license in good standing
Board Certified PMHNP
Active AZ DEA license
2+ years of post-licensure outpatient psychiatric experience
Willingness to commit to at least 1 in-person day per week at our Phoenix clinic
Must complete the provided application

Responsibilities

See patients in person at our Phoenix clinic one day per week.
Provide remote telehealth services for the remainder of the work week.
Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, with the option for longer follow-ups based on clinical judgment.
Collaborate with a team of clinicians, participating in case discussions and peer support.
Engage in continuing education sessions with an MD/Psychiatrist or guest speaker.
Review Arizona CSPMP reports daily.
Work with a dedicated virtual assistant for administrative tasks (for full-time providers).
Treat adult patients (18+), with flexibility to focus on preferred populations like teens and geriatrics if desired.
