BlueSky is a clinician-led, patient-centered, collaborative behavioral health company dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental health care through evidence-based practices. The company aims to serve individuals across all regions, particularly those in rural areas, by offering telehealth consultations for privacy, security, and convenience. This role involves providing effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. The clinician will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and prescribe medications as clinically appropriate, ensuring all care adheres to applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines. BlueSky operates independently of hospitals or clinics, allowing clinicians autonomy in patient care. The role includes working within collaborative clinical teams with therapists and other prescribers, with team matching facilitated by BlueSky. Regular staffing meetings (at least monthly) are held to discuss patient cases and treatment coordination. Clinical services are provided remotely from the clinician's home, with flexible days and hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Participation in virtual clinical team meetings and BlueSky's clinical conferences (four times per week) is also required, with specific attendance expectations during onboarding and ongoing employment.
