About The Position

Mind Health Group is expanding into Florida and is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join as one of their founding providers. This role offers the chance to help establish the company's presence in a new market while enjoying a fully remote position and the support of an experienced psychiatric team. Mind Health Group is a growing behavioral health organization focused on providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care through telehealth, aiming to improve access to mental health care and create a supportive workplace for providers. Providers will focus on patient care, with administrative support handling scheduling, technology, and operations.

Requirements

• Active Florida PMHNP license in good standing
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of psychiatric experience
• Telehealth experience
• Additional state licenses are a plus
• New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
