About The Position
We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Supervisor in Freehold, New Jersey who wants leadership autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and a clear path beyond traditional caseload burnout. You’ll step into a leadership-focused behavioral health role overseeing a team of psychiatric providers while maintaining a partial clinical caseload. You’ll provide operational oversight, clinical guidance, and support quality patient care initiatives while partnering closely with executive leadership and a multidisciplinary treatment team.
Requirements
- Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active and unrestricted APRN, DNP, or NP license in New Jersey
- Active New Jersey CDS and DEA registrations
- Leadership experience supervising providers in a behavioral health setting
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems and interdisciplinary care models
- Willingness to travel to the Princeton clinic location as needed

- Experience with or an interest in child and adolescent psychiatry
