Make a meaningful difference for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use crises. Join our 16-bed Facility-Based Crisis Services unit, where you will provide psychiatric assessment, medication management, and clinical guidance while collaborating with a dedicated care team. A predictable schedule with seven consecutive days off. Providers work a 7-days-on / 7-days-off rotation, combining on-site care with telephone and virtual availability. During each seven-day rotation: On-site care: A minimum of four days on the unit, from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM, including three provider-selected weekdays submitted in advance and one weekend day-Saturday or Sunday. This role offers the opportunity to support crisis stabilization, contribute to treatment decisions, and help patients transition to ongoing care. Additional coverage may be required based on patient acuity, census, operational needs, or leadership direction.
