About The Position

Mindbloom is hiring a Georgia-licensed Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to provide remote ketamine therapy care. The clinician conducts psychiatric evaluations by video, determines whether Mindbloom is an appropriate fit, educates clients about treatment, and prescribes ketamine therapy using Mindbloom protocols alongside their clinical judgment. The role also involves coordinating with Mindbloom guides, delivering a trusted client experience, and contributing insights to improve clinical protocols and the care model.

Requirements

• Licensed in Georgia as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant.
• At least 6 months of psychiatric experience.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to conduct complex psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
• Passion for psychedelic therapy.
• Warm, professional, attentive manner during video consultations and commitment to not keeping patients waiting.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, continued expertise development, and openness to new evidence-based treatments.
• Ability to use AI to support client outcomes, streamline administrative work, and stay current in psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video and assess whether Mindbloom is an appropriate fit for each client.
• Educate clients about the science, safety, and experience of treatment.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and clinical judgment to tailor treatment.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that builds trust, satisfaction, and confidence in care.
• Contribute insights from client work to improve clinical protocols and the care model.
