This is a part-time position providing licensed RN coverage for protocol-required dosing visits for the CoPEWell study, an FDA-regulated psilocybin clinical trial conducted at the Wisconsin Sleep Center. Responsibilities include IV placement and maintenance, continuous vital sign monitoring, clinical assessment, and immediate response to adverse reactions to ensure participant safety and regulatory compliance. Sessions occur overnight on weekdays or weekends and require approximately 12 to 14 hours of coverage per session. This role may also provide flexible clinical support across Dr. Raison's broader research portfolio as needed, including biospecimen collection and other medical monitoring procedures. This is a terminal, 12-month appointment. This position requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campus work location. The work schedule is flexible and will be determined at the time of hire. This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
