About The Position

As a Psychotherapist in our pool of qualified professionals, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to diverse clients across the United States. Your primary objective will be to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that promote mental wellness and resilience. This role requires adaptability to work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring culturally sensitive and ethical therapeutic interventions. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving clients' quality of life and supporting their journey toward mental health recovery and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, or groups.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality requirements in mental health practice.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, veterans, or individuals with substance use disorders.
  • Training or certification in specialized therapeutic approaches (e.g., EMDR, DBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Bilingual abilities or experience working with multicultural populations.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering remote therapy services.
  • Additional certifications or continuing education in mental health specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and clinical interviews to understand clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or other appropriate approaches.
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate holistic care and support for clients.
  • Stay current with developments in psychotherapy techniques and mental health research to enhance clinical practice.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities to maintain licensure and improve therapeutic skills.
