About The Position
Now hiring 5 Acute Psych RNs for 13-week contracts at a beautiful, state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Hospital in Battle Creek, MI. This facility provides inpatient treatment for Mental Health, Behavioral Disorders, Substance Abuse & Addictions for an adult population (18+). Charting is done via Epic, and medications are managed through Pyxis.
Requirements
- Active Michigan (MI) RN License
- Minimum of 2 years recent Behavioral Health / Psych experience
- Handle With Care (HWC) Certification preferred
- Willingness to float if requested (No blocked schedules)

- Handle With Care (HWC) Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide acute psychiatric nursing care.
- Administer medications.
- Perform charting in Epic.
- Float to other units if requested.
Benefits
- Weekly Gross: $2,000 / week ($55.56/hr blended rate)
- 13-week contracts
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Every Other Weekend (EOW) required
- 2 Night Shifts available
- 3 Day Shifts available
