Psych Nurse Practitioner (Full Time) - Portland, ME & Dover, NH (must be licensed in both states)

Requirements
- Licensed PMHNP in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health care to adult populations.
- Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Must be licensed in both ME and NH
Nice To Haves
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric services, and outpatient psychiatric settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practices
- Manage caseload and fulfill psychiatric consultation needs of skilled nursing facility
- Provide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services
- Provide psychoeducation and medication education to patients and/or families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary facility teams
- Complete timely documentation (within 24 hours)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settings

- Earning potential: $115,000-$175,000 (salary based on experience + easily achieved monthly bonuses)
