We're growing our Behavioral Health PRN RN team and offering top-quartile per-visit pay and a sign on bonus with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Ohio)
• Current BLS certification
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or mental health settings

Nice To Haves

• OASIS certification or demonstrated OASIS experience
• Prior home health or community-based behavioral health experience
• Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR

Responsibilities

• Perform home health visits for behavioral health patients.
• Complete documentation in EMR within 24 hours.
• Upload orders/signatures.
• Meet QA standards for visits.
