About The Position
Post Consumer Brands is seeking dependable, safety-driven team members to join their Production Support Team at the Northfield facility. This role is crucial for supporting material handling, line supply, receiving, and waste management, all while upholding strong food safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift and material-handling experience
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for a full shift
- Operate equipment and use hand tools safely
- Must pass background check, physical work screen, and drug test
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of manufacturing, mechanical, or food industry experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Receive, stage, and supply packaging materials, ingredients, and supplies
- Perform quality checks, audits, and documentation on materials and products
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily adjustments
- Support waste handling, recycling, and sanitation activities
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with food safety and SQF standards
- Perform basic equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Record production and efficiency data as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Fill in for team members and assist with special projects as needed
