Provides recovery-based educational groups and leisure/recreational activities to individuals impacted by a range of behavioral health issues, including substance use, trauma, and mental illness enrolled in the Community Care Program (CCP). Relates effectively with interdepartmental personnel, clients, and community partners. Utilizes trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to promote maximum levels of independence and autonomy for persons served. Demonstrates effective time management and multitasking skills to deliver groups that are treatment and recovery-focused to meet individual client treatment needs. Manages multiple, simultaneous deadlines to ensure that services are provided within established expectations.
