About The Position

Position at Pilgrim's J Responsibilities: Maintain a compliant PSM and RMP program at the facility. Participate in ammonia system operations as necessary. Manage and update PSM documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training records. Organize and lead PSM meetings; maintain action item logs and assist in resolution. Support the facility’s Environmental Sustainability initiatives. Assist with ammonia refrigeration projects, including scope development and Management of Change processes. Support APSM compliance implementation schedule. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 or more years of directly related experience required
• knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 regulations
• APSM or similar PSM compliance software experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret piping, instrument, and block flow diagrams
• basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred
• proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
• self-motivated and capable of working independently

Nice To Haves

• College Degree in related field preferred
• APSM or similar PSM compliance software experience preferred
• basic understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred
• SAP knowledge is a plus
