About The Position

The PSL Conversion Operator safely and efficiently operates production machinery, including finishing and inspection machines, to meet production and quality targets. The role includes inspecting and maintaining machinery, setting up equipment, following job specifications and quality procedures, and supporting production operations. The operator also helps maintain a clean and safe workplace and applies company improvement programs.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Previous machine operating experience.
• Availability to work overtime as needed in a three-shift operation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular job duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery.
• Perform general setup of production machinery as required.
• Follow job specification sheets to fulfill orders properly.
• Follow quality procedures, including inspecting finished goods.
• Achieve production and quality goals.
• Archive production goods.
• Detect defects in printing tools and support equipment.
• Identify potential improvements and report them to team leaders.
• Support the production department with tasks as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Apply GMP rules, 5S, and other company improvement programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
