About The Position
The PSG Tech I position is an acquisition technologist that performs sleep studies on all age groups and appropriately scores records per AASM guidelines.
Requirements
- Associate's degree, preferably in a science field and/or successful completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sleep Technology Program.
- 3-5 years of health care experience in a direct care position.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in sleep study scoring.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in data acquisition.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in troubleshooting.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in bedside manners.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in mask fittings.
- Experienced PSG technologist with excellent skills in patient education.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
