This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) objectives by guiding the implementation of care provider facility's policies and procedures. The position involves administrative support for federal policy implementation, managing confidential information, collaborating on incident resolution, conducting training, and participating in on-call rotations. The role also requires working collaboratively with the program to complete group sessions for minors regarding PSA requirements and staying current on all relevant federal and state guidelines and regulations. The PSA Compliance Manager will collect data, draft reports, assess program compliance, provide recommendations, and assist with data analysis and correction. The role also involves assessing ongoing program challenges that may hinder PSA services and providing technical standards compliance assistance. Additionally, the position requires meeting all applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards, participating in meetings, and implementing safety protocols. The role includes reviewing sexual abuse and sexual harassment allegations, preparing comparison reports, and developing processes and tools to aid program staff in achieving and monitoring compliance. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional and ethical standards are crucial. Other responsibilities include overseeing information on incidents of child sexual abuse and harassment, ensuring victims receive necessary medical and mental health services, and timely reporting of incidents with complete documentation for federal review.
