Requirements
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Enjoy working in a team structure.
- Must be motivated and goal-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- No experience needed, as paid training is provided.
- No vehicle required; transportation is provided from the office in Schenectady.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in the field to promote Renewal by Andersen products and services.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of window and door replacement.
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

- Base pay and uncapped commissions
- Set Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10am -5pm & Saturday 10am -3pm
