About The Position

Rodeo Dunes is seeking Provisions Associates to support the launch and day-to-day execution of the resort’s food and beverage program during its opening years. At Rodeo Dunes, our food and beverage operation—referred to as Provisions—focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully delivered offerings across on-course service and temporary facilities. The 2026 season will operate out of temporary food and beverage locations, with a transition to a permanent clubhouse and restaurant operation in 2027/2028. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role within a startup environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Provisions Associates will play a key role in delivering a top-tier guest experience while supporting operational execution across multiple service touchpoints. This role offers the opportunity to grow within the organization as Rodeo Dunes expands its Provisions program.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or guest service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak golf season periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions as required.

Nice To Haves

• Golf, resort, or destination hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in outdoor or seasonal operations.
