The Claims and Provider Support Specialist plays a role in supporting Lantern’s mission to deliver exceptional providers, along with the ability to identify, track, and report billing error trends to support continuous process improvement. The role also contributes to provider advocacy outreach and relationship management, conducts trend analysis, and documents root causes of provider support inquiries to drive operational solutions. Additional provider support duties may be assigned as needed.
